Billy is wonderful, I always perk up to attention when he appears. And I'm so excited about the return of Eric as Matt! That pic of the two of them is adorable!
Billy is fantastically awesome! He is the reason my "World Turns"! Without him, I wouldn't bother watching this show anymore. I just wish we would see him more than once a week!
