RHYME AND REASON

Allyce Beasley begins appearing as Edna, a woman with a secret connection to Rosanna -- and potential threat to Paul -- on As The World Turns this coming Tuesday, May 26.

Beasley played the Coach's daughter on Cheers, performed voice-work for Duckman, The Wild Thornberrys, Recess, and EverQuest II, but is best known for her role as Moonlighting's rhyming receptionist, Agnes DiPesto.

Perhaps, in honor of her most famous creation, Edna can offer the good people of Oakdale the following poetic advice:

If you're tired of woe
If you're tired of heart-ache
If you're tired of your love life
Always being a mistake
If you're tired of perennially
Getting stuck with a louse
Just listen to me:
Pick and stick to one spouse!

(As regular readers of this blog know, I like rhymes.)
