GL: LIKE MOTHER LIKE DAUGHTER?

When Guiding Light viewers first met one Harley Davidson Cooper (Beth Ehlers) in 1987, she was a troubled teen giving birth to daughter Daisy in the back of a car that had just been hit by Alan-Michael Spaulding's (then Carl Evans; left) motorcycle.

Soon after, Harley was stealing Dinah Marler's bracelet (yes, 20 years ago, Dinah was the good girl and Harley the bad influence) and hatching a plan to marry Alan-Michael so he could come into his inheritance early.

Now, the baby Harley named Daisy (Bonnie Dennison; right) and gave up for adoption is back in Springfield, giving her biological mom a run for her money in the category of Outstanding Rebellious Teen.

Considering her own past, should Harley be cutting Daisy some slack, or cracking the whip to insure Daisy doesn't end up in the backseat of a car in labor in the near future? (And how much have Harley's past actions contributed to Daisy's burgeoning delinquency to begin with?)
