ATWT: WHAT A DIFFERENCE A YEAR MAKESLast summer around this time, Meg (Marie Wilson) was madly in love with Paul (Roger Howarth), even to the point of making nice with his, shall we say overly-involved, mother, Barbara (Colleen Zenk Pinter).
This year, Meg watched her new husband, Craig (Scott Bryce) -- yes, it was a faked marriage done with Paul waiting in the wings/church vestibule; but it was a marriage all the same -- contribute to Paul's swan dive off a cliff. And she and Craig are still together. Kind of. Well, they're not apart.
Ah, daytime.... Anything can happen at any time. And usually does.

I love that Paul and Meg seem to be able to endure anything together....they're both fighters....and they always find a way! Love them! GO PEG!
Paul and Meg are simply the best couple on this show IMO.
The reason Meg's still with Craig is because she's actually really into him.
